The A+C meningitis vaccine is necessary. It can be used to prevent diseases caused by group A and C meningococcal infections. Moreover, with the abuse of antibiotics in recent years, meningococcus is generally drug-resistant and the clinical treatment effect is poor. At present, the epidemic of epidemic meningitis in China is dominated by group A meningococcus, and the detection rate of group C meningococcus is on the rise.
