Ultrasound solid splenic occupation is serious

Ultrasound splenic solid occupancy is more serious, may be due to splenic cyst, splenic hemangioma, splenic malignant tumor and other reasons.
1. Splenic cyst: it refers to tumor-like cystic lesion of spleen tissue, which can be caused by many factors, and is a common benign tumor of spleen, with cystic cavity and cystic fluid formation, and a mass and pain in left upper abdomen, and splenic occupation can be found in imaging examination, and it is mainly with low density.
2. Splenic hemangioma: splenic hemangioma can be formed when the splenic blood vessels are malformed, it is the most common benign, primary occupying lesion in the spleen, which is shown as occupying lesion in the imaging examination, and it needs to be surgically resected when the diameter of the tumor is more than 2cm.
3. Splenic malignant tumor: splenic malignant tumor has insidious manifestation, mainly including lymphoma, fibrosarcoma, etc. If there is splenic malignant tumor, malignant transformation of splenic tissues, occupying mass can be formed, splenic occupation can be found in imaging examination, which needs early and timely diagnosis and timely treatment.
