What’s with the afternoon headache?

Afternoon headache may be related to brain fatigue, or it may be caused by high blood pressure, cervical spondylosis and other reasons.

3. Cervical spondylosis: some people have a history of cervical spondylosis, due to the long time in the morning to maintain an inappropriate posture, resulting in neck muscle tension, spasm, local vascular nerve root compression, resulting in insufficient blood supply to the vertebral basilar artery, which may cause headaches in the afternoon, but also can be accompanied by neck and shoulder discomfort, numbness of the upper limbs, weakness and other symptoms.
