Non-invasive during pregnancy generally refers to non-invasive DNA testing, which can determine whether the fetus has the three major chromosomal disorders. Non-invasive DNA testing is one of the pregnancy checkup programs, which only needs to take the pregnant woman’s venous blood, use DNA sequencing technology to sequence the free DNA fragments in the mother’s peripheral plasma, and analyze the bioinformation based on the results, so as to understand the genetic information of the fetus, and to detect whether the fetus suffers from the three major chromosomal disorders, i.e., trisomy 13, trisomy 18, and trisomy 21. If the non-invasive DNA test result is normal, the chance of the fetus having trisomy 13, trisomy 18 and trisomy 21 is low. However, if the results indicate abnormalities, the possibility of fetal chromosomal abnormalities should be considered, and timely prenatal diagnosis should be performed to achieve eugenic fertility. Non-invasive DNA testing is a kind of pregnancy test, and it is recommended that pregnant women take regular pregnancy tests during pregnancy to observe the growth and development of the fetus.
