The treatment of subdural hematoma consists of two main methods, which are conservative treatment and surgical treatment. Conservative treatment is mainly hemostasis, nutritive neurological, cerebral protection and dehydration to reduce cranial pressure treatment. This treatment is mainly applicable to patients with subdural hemorrhage and bleeding volume not more than 30ml. There are two main types of surgical treatments, which are drilling and drainage surgery and craniotomy hematoma removal and flap decompression surgery. Drill drainage surgery is suitable for chronic subdural hemorrhage or subacute subdural hemorrhage. Craniotomy with removal of hematoma and decompression of bone flap is mainly suitable for patients with acute subdural hematoma, whose hematoma volume is more than 30 ml, or even the formation of hernia of cerebellar tentorial hernia.
