Mild anemia in pregnant women should be based on different types of anemia, choose different blood replenishing foods and drugs, common types such as iron deficiency anemia can take iron, megaloblastic anemia can take folic acid and vitamin B12.
1. Iron deficiency anemia
(1) Animal liver. Animal liver is high in iron and can be consumed appropriately. Pregnant women with gallstones or high cholesterol are not suitable for consumption.
(2) Red meat. Beef and other red meats are also high in iron and have a lower fat content than animal liver.
(3) Iron supplements. Iron supplements can be taken directly to replenish blood.
2. Megaloblastic anemia: Megaloblastic anemia can take vitamin B12 or folic acid, and can also eat cherries, strawberries, tomatoes and other vegetables and fruits rich in folic acid and vitamin B12.
