When doing routine examination of leukorrhea, there is one epithelial cell (+) on the laboratory test, which is a normal phenomenon. Because the epithelium in the vagina is renewed and shed as the menstrual cycle changes, so as long as there are epithelial cells on the test, no matter how many plus signs, it is a normal physiological phenomenon that does not require treatment. As long as the other tests are negative, then there is no problem. If trichomonas is positive, then you have trichomonas vaginitis. If the test is positive for Candida, then you have mycosis fungoides. If the test is positive for Clue Cells, then you have bacterial vaginitis, and treatment will be determined based on the results of the test.
