When the gastric submucosal bulge is 1.2 centimeters, minimally invasive treatment under gastroscopy with pathologic biopsy should be chosen, and surgery should be performed if necessary. Most of the gastric submucosal bulge is a benign lesion, mostly seen in mesenchymal tumor and smooth muscle tumor. However, there is also the possibility of tumors, and the specific etiology should be clarified before symptomatic treatment. If the bulging tissue is 1.2 cm, minimally invasive treatment, i.e., ESD treatment, should be performed under gastroscopy, in which the gastric mucosa is first injected with saline, and then resected layer by layer along the edges of the tumor by using a hook knife, and finally the wound is closed by using titanium clips to prevent bleeding, and a portion of the tissue is taken for pathological and histological examination. If the pathological biopsy results are not good, timely surgical treatment should be performed to remove the diseased tissue. If the patient appears to have gastric submucosal elevation, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital in time, after a clear diagnosis, targeted treatment under the guidance of the doctor, in order to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
