Sperm that has been wiped with paper usually does not lead to pregnancy. Sperm need to be in a suitable and specific environment to survive. In a dry environment sperm survive for a very short time and quickly lose their vitality. If a man does not ejaculate into a woman’s vagina but ejaculates outside the vaginal opening, the sperm is wiped clean with a paper and the sperm loses its vitality, so it usually does not lead to pregnancy. However, if the man ejaculates inside the woman’s vagina, even wiping the sperm with paper is meaningless because the sperm inside the vagina is able to swim, and as soon as it combines with the egg to form a fertilized egg it will lead to pregnancy.
