Leg lifting in anterior uterine position is not going to affect pregnancy much. Theoretically, both anterior uterus and middle or posterior uterus are normal positions, although relatively speaking, the chances of pregnancy in anterior uterus will be slightly higher, but there is no great difference. If a woman with anterior uterus wants to contracept by lifting her legs, it doesn’t make much sense, as long as the woman’s fallopian tubes are open and she doesn’t use contraception during intercourse and during ovulation, she is likely to get pregnant, and it has nothing to do with the position of the uterus or whether or not she lifts her legs.
