Gravitational shock, also known as exercise shock, is a kind of sports disease that often occurs in sports, mainly a kind of shock that occurs when blood accumulates in the lower limbs after a sudden stop of exercise, resulting in a temporary and sudden decrease in the volume of returned blood. The main clinical symptoms are dizziness, blackness in front of the eyes, tinnitus, sudden fainting, loss of consciousness and other symptoms, sports shock is mainly divided into mild, moderate, severe, may be accompanied by the phenomenon of retrograde amnesia. It should be pointed out that gravity shock is not a real medical shock, similar to medical postural hypotension, generally transient, can be quickly recovered, do not need treatment, but serious cases can be due to sudden cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, fainting, resulting in trauma, fractures and even sudden death.1, mild exercise shock: patients consciously white, dizziness, tinnitus, black eyes or Venus, nausea, weakness and other symptoms, and may even fall down due to unsupportable. They may even fall down because they can’t support themselves, or they can barely walk with the help of others. In addition, the patient will also have shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, rapid pulse, normal or slightly elevated blood pressure and other signs, but the patient’s general consciousness and normal nerve reflexes, generally can be relieved by rest; 2, moderate motor shock: the patient’s dizziness aggravated, there may be a blurred consciousness or even fainted, even if there is someone else’s help, but also unable to support the body. Pallor, cold limbs, cold sweat, nausea and vomiting, as well as slow respiration, weak pulse, mild drop in blood pressure, pupil constriction, light reflex is normal or retarded and other manifestations of the need for timely delivery of medical treatment; 3, severe exercise shock: patients may appear consciousness and sensory loss or even coma, call for no response, pale, cold limbs, sweating or sweating all over the body, convulsions, urinary and fecal incontinence and other symptoms, and the patient may also have weak pulse or feel the symptoms. At the same time, the pulse is weak or cannot be felt, the heart rate slows down and may be accompanied by arrhythmia, the blood pressure drops, the systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg or even cannot be measured, and the pupil light reflex is slowed down or disappeared and other signs, which need to be rescued urgently. Exercise shock occurs more often in the usual lack of physical exercise and physical fitness level is poor, generally more women than men, especially children and teenagers are more common, but also may be due to excessive tension before the game, excitement, or with a disease to participate in the training and so on. When the patient sports shock, if the consciousness is clear, should be as far as possible to assist its slow continue to walk, so that the lower limb muscle contraction, prompting the return of blood, so that the symptoms are relieved. If the inability to walk or have fainted, moderate or severe shock, the patient should be allowed to lie down, head down, to the side, feet elevated, in order to promote the early return of blood to the heart, and call for 120 emergency.
