Usually just a simple bronchoscopy and the corresponding biopsy, the examiner’s basic state is good, do not need general anesthesia, local anesthesia can be achieved to achieve the purpose of sedation, cough, relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle.
If the examiner has lung disease, more nervous and anxious, or operation time is longer, general anesthesia can be used.
