Usually, if the stool is not shaped for a long time and accompanied by the following symptoms, it is recommended to have a colonoscopy: blood in the stool, including dark red blood, or bright red blood; mucus, pus and blood in the stool; recurrent diarrhea, or constipation, or diarrhea and constipation alternately; recurrent abdominal pain, which can’t be clearly identified; abdominal mass, which can’t be ruled out the large intestine and the end of the ileum, and so on.
Stool not shaped and daily habits have a great relationship, therefore, in daily life to avoid eating cold, spicy and stimulating food, resulting in stool not shaped.
