The clinical manifestations of low volume, thin and tasteless leucorrhoea in women, when there is damp-heat infiltration in the vulva or vagina, are as follows: Firstly, leucorrhoea is increased, the color is yellow or yellow-green, the texture is relatively viscous, and there is a foul smell. Secondly, the vulva or vagina is localized with redness, swelling and pain, and the local congestion is serious during gynecological examination. During gynecological examination, there is a large amount of yellow discharge from the cervical opening, and the uterine body or bilateral adnexa will have obvious thickening or pressure pain.
