Can diabetic patients eat fruit?

Many vegetables can be eaten as fruit, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, etc. The sugar content per 100 grams of food is less than 5 grams, and is rich in vitamins, can completely replace the fruit, suitable for diabetics to eat. Bitter melon in vegetables also has a significant hypoglycemic effect.
