Tubal fluids can be used to determine whether there is a blockage of the fallopian tubes. Tubal imaging can also be used to further clarify whether there is any blockage of the fallopian tubes. The gold standard for tubal blockage is hysterolaparoscopic surgery, which can clarify whether or not there is a blockage in the fallopian tubes. Whether it’s a tubal lysis, tubalography or hysterolaparoscopy, the procedure is usually performed between the third and seventh day of clean menstruation. Also before having the procedure, it needs to be clear that there is no vaginal inflammation. If there is vaginal inflammation, the above three tests cannot be done, and you must wait for the vaginal inflammation to be cured before performing tubal lysis or tubalography or hysterosalpingography.
