Can ten month old babies drink yogurt

Yogurt is generally not recommended for ten-month-old babies. As the protein and mineral content of ordinary fresh milk, yogurt, cheese, etc. is much higher than that of breast milk, which can increase the burden on the kidneys of infants and young children, they should not be fed to infants between 7 and 12 months of age. For infants between 13 and 24 months of age, they can be tried out gradually as part of food diversification, but it is recommended that they be eaten in small quantities, and should not be used as a complete substitute for breast milk and/or formula milk. Therefore, it is not recommended to give yogurt to 10-month-old babies. Soft pasta, chopped vegetables, small pieces of fruit, egg yolks, chicken, fish, etc. can be given to babies. When the child can drink yogurt should also be careful to drink yogurt with fewer additives.
