Prevention of pediatric sleep walking disorder

Children with sleep walking disorder may also have night terrors or enuresis, all three of which occur during the deep sleep stage 3-4 of sleep and may have similar pathological mechanisms but present different clinical manifestations. All three are due to immature development of the central nervous system. Sleepwalking, on the other hand, may be a movement that occurs when the brain is partially awake during the deep sleep state. Clinical manifestations: During sleepwalking, you can answer some simple questions, but they are vague, and you can rarely have a long conversation; when you sleepwalk, you can avoid general obstacles, and you can even take a car by yourself, but because you are in a confused state, there is still some danger, so it is best to collect some dangerous objects indoors to avoid accidental injury. If you live in a building, you should insert the window, because sleepwalkers can sometimes mistake the window for a door to go outside. Prevention: 1. Sleepwalking has no adverse effect on the health of children, but parents must pay attention to strengthen protection to prevent accidents. 2, such as the room should not be placed in dangerous objects, should not make fire, doors and windows should be locked. 3.If a child with sleeping sickness is found to have stepped out of the door, parents can take the child home, make him go to bed and let him continue to sleep. 4. Do not forcefully wake up a child who is having a sleeping episode, because forcing the child to wake up may cause the child to become more severely confused and excited and agitated. 5, parents should make children avoid factors that may deepen sleep, such as excessive fatigue during the day, too excited before bedtime, etc., so as not to trigger the onset of sleeping sickness. 6, with the growth of age, the cerebral cortex gradually developed and perfect, sleep walking disorder can be cured, parents do not need to worry about this.
