What are the symptom characteristics of gastric ulcer

Gastric ulcer is a type of peptic ulcer and its symptoms are mainly epigastric pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen. The nature of abdominal pain can be dull pain, burning pain, distension, sharp pain or hunger pain, which may be associated with gastric acid irritation, nerve endings of ulcer disease. Abdominal pain has the following characteristics: 1. chronic course: the duration of the patient’s disease can be several years or more than ten years. 2. abdominal pain: periodic attacks, the attack period can be weeks or months, the remission period varies in length, the attack and the season have some correlation.
