Metal poisoning is usually divided into acute metal poisoning and chronic metal poisoning. Usually, first aid is needed for acute metal poisoning, which can generally be poisoned by inhalation as well as by oral ingestion. If it is inhalation, first of all, you must immediately get out of the scene and move to a ventilated and airy environment, then rinse the residue in the mouth and nasal cavity with water and send it to the hospital immediately for treatment. If it is oral, the person at the scene is awake should be given immediately to buckle the throat to induce vomiting, as soon as possible, the metal dissolved in the stomach vomit out of the body. And after going to the hospital, if it is oral, generally give gastric lavage and diarrhea treatment. In the case of gastric lavage, if it is not clear what kind of metal poisoning is involved, it is usually treated with warm boiled water or saline gastric lavage; while diarrhea can be induced by magnesium sulfate or mannitol. If vomiting and diarrhea are serious, you can give gastrofacial antiemetic treatment and montmorillonite to stop diarrhea; if there is damage to liver and kidney function, such as jaundice, oliguria or anuria, you should apply drugs to protect liver and kidney function; if there is coma, convulsion and shock, you should give the corresponding resuscitation treatment immediately. In case of stabilization and vital signs, application of hemodialysis can be given to purify the blood, which also has the effect of detoxification.
