What are the symptoms of heavy dampness

Symptoms of heavy dampness include heaviness in the head and body, heaviness and soreness in the joints, and tiredness in the limbs. Dampness is heavy, i.e. dampness is heavy. In Chinese medicine, dampness is categorized as a yin evil, and it tends to be sticky, heavy, and develops towards the lower part of the body. Dampness generally damages the body’s yang energy, making the spleen yang sluggish (spleen yang qi insufficiency), and thus water-dampness arises internally.
