Frequent postoperative bowel polyps in patients with bowel cancer

In recent years, I clinically found that the proportion of bowel cancer patients with frequent intestinal polyps is high, many patients have annual colonoscopy, and it is often found that patients have frequent recurrence of intestinal polyps, most patients have frequent recurrence of intestinal polyps in 1 year; even some patients have frequent intestinal polyps in half a year, clinical research shows that if intestinal polyps are not removed in time, intestinal polyps will become cancerous in 2 years, in order to avoid cancer, many patients with frequent intestinal polyps have annual colon To avoid cancer, many patients with frequent intestinal polyps undergo annual colonoscopy and polyp removal. Tilted intestinal polyps are easy to remove microscopically, but there are some flat intestinal polyps and villi-like intestinal polyps that are not easy to remove. This can seriously affect the prognosis of the patient’s life. The frequency of intestinal polyps is a clinical problem that needs to be addressed.

At present, the main treatment for intestinal polyps is colonoscopic removal, but it is more likely to recur after removal and cannot fundamentally solve the problem. Therefore, I have reviewed some ancient literature and recent researches and found that Chinese medicine is unique in the treatment of precancerous lesions. In clinical practice, I tried to apply a series of TCM sutra prescriptions to treat and intervene in patients with frequent intestinal polyps, and many patients expressed that TCM treatment is easy to accept. The current results are better. Large doses of oral Chinese medicine can reduce the size of polyps, and small doses can resist frequent polyps.
