Dorsal fasciitis is mainly characterized by back pain, swelling, elevated skin temperature and restricted movement. 1. Pain: Due to localized inflammation of the back fascia stimulating the peripheral nerve endings, patients may experience back pain, which is usually aggravated by activities and can be relieved by rest. 2. Swelling: some patients have localized swelling in the back due to local inflammation, edema, exudation and other pathological changes. 3. Elevated skin temperature: Due to local inflammatory cell infiltration and local inflammatory reaction, some patients may have redness of the skin or elevated skin temperature. 4. Restriction of activities: due to the fact that some patients’ pain worsens after activities or when bending over, leading to the symptom of restriction of activities. Patients with dorsal fasciitis are advised to go to the hospital in time for early and regular treatment to minimize the adverse effects of the disease.
