Pearly rash, generally referred to as penile pearly papules, does not usually go away on its own. Pearly penile papules are a normal appearance of male genital structures and do not usually go away on their own, but pearly penile papules are not a disease and do not require treatment. The cause of pearly penile papules is related to genetic factors, physiologic variations, and circumcision and phimosis. For people with the presence of circumcision and phimosis, it is important to undergo circumcision in a timely manner to treat the condition.
