What are the modern auricular acupuncture treatment methods?

Why are auricular points useful for diagnosing and treating diseases? It is because when diseases occur in different parts of the body, various “positive reaction points” often appear in the corresponding acupuncture points of the auricle, in addition to changes in appearance such as discoloration, desquamation, deformation, papules, nodules, depressions, blisters, etc., which can be observed with the naked eye, pain-sensitive points can also be found with the use of an auricular acupuncture probe. The skin resistance of abnormal ear points can also be significantly reduced if measured with the help of a special ear point detector. Stimulation of the abnormal points (acupuncture, moxibustion, injections, cutting and picking, magnetic therapy, bloodletting, laser and auricular pressure pills, etc.) can in turn regulate the function of the affected area and restore it to health. The miraculous Nogier reflex, the “auriculocardial reflex,” is an amazing phenomenon in which if you check your pulse while pressing an ear point, you may find that after the ear point is stimulated, your pulse suddenly increases or decreases within the second or third to fifteenth pulse, and then returns to normal after a few seconds to minutes. This is the famous Nogier reflex, also known as the auriculocardiac reflex. Using this reflex, not only can the diagnosis of diseases be located quite accurately, but also the treatment effect can be greatly improved. For example, the auriculocardial reflex can be used to identify positive points for smoking cessation, weight loss, and the treatment of a variety of so-called “difficult diseases”, the results of which are often mind-boggling.
