Condyloma acuminatum can appear singly, or more than one or in groups. Condyloma acuminatum manifests itself in different ways in men, women, and homosexuals, as follows:1. Men: it appears on the patient’s glans, coronary groove, prepuce, ligament, urethral orifice, penis, and perineum.2. Women: it usually appears on the labia majora and minora, vaginal opening, clitoris, vagina, cervix, perineum, and perineal area.3. Homosexuals: it generally will occur in the anus and rectum. A few patients can occur in parts other than the anus and genitals, such as the mouth, armpits, breasts and finger slits. The early stage of the lesions is usually a single or multiple, or groups of small reddish particles, soft texture, slightly sharp tip, sometimes so small that the naked eye can not be identified, the lesions will gradually increase in the later stages of the increase in size, the shape can be papillary, cauliflower, corns, the color can be white, pink or gray, the surface may be vesiculation or oozing, ulceration, bleeding, or infection.
