How many times a day is normal to urinate

Normally, it is more normal to urinate between 5-10 times in 24 hours. Drinking more water may increase the number of urination some times. The human bladder will store urine in a normal state of about 500 ml. Excluding diseases, people will keep drinking water to replenish water due to hot weather, dry air and so on. With more water intake, urine production will become relatively more, and urine discharge will require relatively more times. The increase in the frequency of urination due to excessive water intake like this is usually not very variable and may be 2-3 times more than usual. Another condition is to urinate more often, but not in large amounts each time. This condition requires patients to undergo a systematic examination, which can include urinary routine, urinary system ultrasound, CT and MRI to clarify the cause. Prostate disease can also cause an increase in the number of urination but a decrease in the volume of urination. There are times when increased urination and decreased urine output is a characteristic of the disease. Patients can infer whether they have a problem based on this situation. So there is no fixed value for the number of times a patient has to urinate. Generally, it is a more normal number of times to urinate if it can be maintained at 5-10 times in 24 hours and the body has no discomfort symptoms.
