How to get rid of dampness

If it is a damp-heat syndrome, accompanied by symptoms such as bitter mouth, body heat, yellowish tongue, etc., it can be fumigated with decoction of Cangzhu, Coix lacryma, Huangbai, Huanglian, etc.; or according to the parts where damp-heat gathers, it can be treated by adding or subtracting formulas such as Bazheng San and Longguan Diarrhoea Liver Soup, etc., in order to clear heat and relieve dampness. Avoid living in wetlands for a long time, eat a light diet, avoid spicy, stimulating, greasy food, moderate exercise and regular rest.
