What can be the disease of frequent vulva itching

Frequent vulvar itching may be due to squamous epithelial hyperplasia of the vulva, which is mainly manifested as vulvar itching, often unbearable and often scratched by the patient, and in severe cases, it may cause restlessness and affect sleep. The scratching may stimulate the collagen nerve fibers and inhibit the itchy nerve reflexes to temporarily relieve the patient’s symptoms, but the scratching may cause the skin of the area to break down, thus aggravating the itching. The more itchy it is, the more itchy it is, the more itchy it is, forming a vicious cycle. The extent of the lesions varies, some may involve the labia majora, others the sulcus, interlabial sulcus, clitoral prepuce, posterior labial union, etc. The lesions are focal, multiple and symmetrical, and the skin is dark red or pink in the early stages of the lesion. If hyperkeratosis is present, it can be partially white. In the advanced stage of the lesion, the skin is mainly thickened. The diagnosis mainly relies on pathological examination to observe the lesion of etiology, and then biopsy, taking the kind of chapped, ulcerated or hypopigmented areas for biopsy. After the diagnosis, it is then looked at to make sure it is the disease and then further treatment.
