Classification of hypertension in pregnancy

Gestational hypertension is divided into the following categories: 1. Gestational hypertension: blood pressure greater than 130/90 mmHg after 20 weeks of gestation can be diagnosed as gestational hypertension; 2. Pre-eclampsia: divided into mild eclampsia and severe eclampsia. Blood pressure greater than 130/90 mmHg and 1-2 plus urine protein are mild preeclampsia, and blood pressure greater than 160/110 mmHg and 1-2 plus urine protein are severe preeclampsia; 3. Eclampsia: convulsions occur on the basis of the disease; 4. Chronic hypertension combined with preeclampsia: hypertension appears before 20 weeks of gestation, and as pregnancy progresses, symptoms of preeclampsia appear; 5. Pregnancy Combined chronic hypertension: increased blood pressure appears before 20 weeks of gestation and further worsens as pregnancy progresses.
