How long does it take for Nosynthol to work?

Nosintrol is the trade name and the drug name is Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablet, which starts to work about half an hour after taking the drug.
After oral administration of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets, the product will be broken down into sacubitril and valsartan, sacubitril can be further metabolized into LBQ657, sacubitril reaches peak plasma concentration in 0.5 hours, valsartan reaches peak plasma concentration in 1.5 hours, and LBQ657 reaches peak plasma concentration in 2 hours, so the effect of the drug is already effective half an hour after taking the product.
Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets belong to the angiotensin II antagonist, mainly used for the treatment of adult patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, but also for the treatment of essential hypertension. Adverse reactions such as hypotension, angioedema, hyperkalemia, and renal impairment may occur in some patients taking this product.
Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited, patients with hereditary or idiopathic angioedema are prohibited, patients with moderate hepatic impairment, cholestasis, biliary cirrhosis are prohibited, patients with middle to late pregnancy are prohibited, and patients with past history of angioedema after treatment with related drugs are prohibited.
