Nesuna Nasal Spray is the trade name and the generic name of the drug is Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray, which is a long-acting glucocorticoid for nasal use, mainly for the treatment and prevention of clinical symptoms such as nasal itching, nasal congestion, sneezing and runny nose caused by seasonal allergic rhinitis and perennial allergic rhinitis. Since it is a topical drug, the systemic side effects are less and do not affect the physical development of children. It is especially suitable for use in children over 3 years of age. Children with allergic rhinitis between 3 and 11 years of age are recommended to use 1 spray per day, 1 spray per nostril on each side. For typical seasonal allergic rhinitis, it can be used prophylactically at least 2 weeks in advance during the high incidence of the disease.
