A baby’s body temperature of 36.2℃ is normal. Normal body temperature of babies: axillary temperature is 36-37℃, anal temperature is 36.5-37.5℃, oral temperature is usually 0.2-0.5℃ higher than axillary temperature. Fever is defined as an axillary temperature ≥37.5°C or an anal temperature ≥38°C with a fluctuation of more than 1°C within 1 day. The degree of fever is judged according to the axillary temperature. Axillary temperature <38℃ is low fever; 38-39℃ is moderate fever; 39-41℃ is high fever; >41℃ is ultra-high fever.
