The severity of cervical space is determined by the type of disease present in each woman. During the vaginal ultrasound examination, the presence of cervical space is mostly considered to be a cervical leiomyoma, cervical naevus cyst, or even a cervical polyp. This can be treated surgically as appropriate and is not serious, but the final judgment is based on the pathology, which is mostly benign. When there is hyperplastic tissue in the cervix, there is no way to tell what the source is or what the hyperplastic tissue is, and a biopsy is needed to determine if there is any other disease. If there is a cancer of the cervix, we have to wait for the results of the pathology to come out to judge, if the results are benign, it is not serious, if the results are malignant, it is more serious, and we need to carry out surgical treatment in a timely manner.
