Why does your head hurt when the wind blows?

Headache when the wind blows. If migraine or tension headache exists, headache discomfort may occur when blowing against the wind, especially in patients who themselves have emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression, and may be more sensitive to external stimuli. When the wind blows, you may feel a headache. If there is painful ophthalmoplegia or trigeminal neuralgia, because of inflammatory edema of the nerve or lowered nociceptive threshold, headache discomfort may be induced if it is blowing against the cold wind outside, directly against the wind of electric fan or air conditioner. If there is herpes formation on the head and face or excessive vasoconstriction and dilation, it may make the patient more sensitive, and blowing wind may induce headache and other discomfort symptoms.
