FinS – Finger Sprain Rehabilitation Exercises The following rehabilitation exercises can be performed after the acute phase of a finger poke injury without fracture or tendon rupture. FinS-1 Finger passive mobility exercises 1. Squeeze the injured finger with the healthy hand and gently perform extension and flexion activities; 2.
