Hepatitis B 25 positive is normal, but it is possible that the organism has been infected with the hepatitis B virus, which causes the organism to produce protective antibodies due to its strong autoimmunity. The serological markers of hepatitis B, or the five hepatitis B items, are generally: the first item is positive for surface antigen; the second item is positive for surface antibody; the third item is positive for hepatitis B e antigen; the fourth item is positive for hepatitis B e antibody; and the fifth item shows positive for hepatitis B core antibody. So the second item is positive for hepatitis B surface antibody, which is a protective antibody, indicating that the body has a certain degree of immunity. The fifth is hepatitis B core antibody, which is generally infected with the hepatitis B virus and is in the recovery phase of infection. If it comes from vaccination against hepatitis B, usually the core antibody will not appear positive, so it is considered to be produced by having been infected with the hepatitis B virus. However, the body’s immunity is strong and the viral load in the body should not replicate at this time.
