The clinical manifestation of gastrointestinal bleeding depends on the amount of bleeding, bleeding speed, bleeding site and other factors. If the bleeding volume is small, there may be no clinical manifestation, and only positive in fecal occult blood test; if the bleeding volume is 50~100ml, then obvious black stool can be observed; if the bleeding volume is more than 200ml, and the bleeding site is near the pylorus, and the bleeding volume is faster, the patient may have the clinical manifestation of vomiting blood.
