What’s wrong with the fear of daily rumination?

Daily ruminations and fears may belong to anxiety disorder or phobia. If there is no specific object, inexplicable rumination, fear, worry, and accompanied by plant nerve dysfunction, fidgeting, and irritability, it is a manifestation of anxiety disorder. If there is a specific scene or object to worry about, fear, rumination, and accompanied by plant nerve dysfunction with strong avoidance behavior, this is a phobia. For both anxiety disorders and phobias, psychotherapy, medication and physical therapy are used for treatment. Psychotherapy, mainly, corrects irrational cognitive patterns and performs cognitive reconstruction. The treatment of anxiety disorders is based on anxiolytic drugs and antidepressants with anxiolytic effect, such as benzodiazepines and 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitors. Physiotherapy, mainly using transcranial magnetic stimulation and multi-parametric biofeedback system, is a standardized treatment, and its clinical efficacy is confirmed.
