How to treat intermural hematoma

Interstitial hematoma mostly occurs in the aorta, which is a hematoma that occurs in the mid-membrane layer of the aorta. It is not like a coarctation aneurysm, which can easily find a rupture between the endothelial mid-membrane, and it is a kind of acute aortic syndrome. The intermural hematoma can continue to develop into a coarctation aneurysm or aortic aneurysm, so the risk is still very high and there is also a risk of rupture. Its treatment includes the following two kinds: First, conservative treatment, to relieve pain and lower pressure. Second, surgical treatment, larger interstitial hematoma can be performed open surgery, i.e., open artificial vessel replacement, or endoluminal overlay stent implantation, but according to the location and size of the interstitial hematoma, choose the appropriate surgical plan.
