For patients with low rectal cancer, a permanent artificial anus is needed in the abdominal wall, which is necessary for treatment and is not complicated to handle and will not affect life and work.  2.For those who have colostomy, pay attention to protect the abdominal incision, and use film to properly separate between the stoma and abdominal incision to avoid contamination of the incision.  3.Proper care of the artificial anus.
