How to deal with bleeding in the ear but no pain

Most bleeding in the ear but not painful is caused by skin damage in the external ear canal. For example, digging the ear with an ear spoon or picking the ear with fingers can damage the skin of the ear canal and cause bleeding in the ear. This condition usually does not need to be treated, so pay attention to not getting water inside the ear, do not pull out the ear, and keep the ear clean and hygienic. There are also some other clinical factors that cause bleeding in the ear but are not painful, such as foreign bodies in the external ear canal, tympanic membrane trauma, external ear canal tumors and long-term oral aspirin, all of which can cause bleeding in the ear. These cases require a visit to the ENT department of a hospital for further examination and symptomatic treatment.
