How to regulate food intolerance in babies

Babies with food intolerance need to be checked for allergens and given less or avoided foods that tend to cause intolerance. Alternatively, the intolerant food can be given to the baby again after a period of time.
If the baby has food intolerance, parents need to take the baby to the hospital for patch test or skin prick test, which is helpful to clarify which kind of food the body is intolerant to. If it is clear what kind of food the child is intolerant to, it is necessary to reduce or avoid giving the intolerant food to the baby in normal times.
Most babies will develop food intolerance at one stage. It is suggested that the same food can be given to the baby at another stage, and perhaps the baby will become tolerant to the food. Moreover, the food should be given to the baby in a gradual manner, and if the baby continues to develop intolerance after eating the food, the baby should be avoided from eating the food.
If your baby has a food intolerance, you need to adjust your baby’s diet and make sure your baby has a balanced intake of nutrients.
