The diagnosis of azoospermia requires at least three or more rigorous semen collection and analysis tests, and strict care must be taken when performing semen collection so that a single test for azoospermia does not constantly determine azoospermia. During semen collection care should be taken to avoid the use of lubricants, which may affect the movement of spermatozoa; care should be taken during ejaculation to ensure that all semen enters the collection device; sexual intercourse needs to be prohibited for two to seven days prior to the collection of semen; and there needs to be an interval of at least two weeks between collection of semen, but not more than three weeks. And azoospermia needs to be differentiated from retrograde ejaculation, which needs to be diagnosed by taking urine after sex to check for sperm. So one examination can not determine azoospermia, should be further examination and diagnosis.
