What are the symptoms of AIDS on the skin?

The skin manifestations of AIDS can be divided into infected skin lesions, non-infected skin lesions and skin tumors.
AIDS is a systemic disease caused by the infection of the organism with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), which causes various infections and tumors.
1. Infectious skin diseases:
(1) Viral infections: herpes zoster, herpes simplex, common warts, flat warts, condyloma acuminatum and so on that may be caused.
(2) Bacterial infections: can cause skin folliculitis, skin boils, or multiple skin abscesses.
(3) Fungal infections: may cause ringworm, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea capitis and other fungal infectious diseases.
(2) Non-infectious skin lesions: the skin lesions are polymorphic and can be similar to seborrheic dermatitis, ichthyosis, etc. Some patients may also have atopic dermatitis, photosensitive dermatitis, pityriasis rosea and other skin lesions, which are usually more serious.
3. Skin tumors: common ones are Kaposi’s sarcoma, lymphoma, squamous cell carcinoma, malignant melanoma and so on.
