(2) Eczema: If there are obvious itching symptoms, it can be treated with topical antipruritic agents, such as zinc oxide lotion, glycerite lotion, etc.; it can also be treated with topical glucocorticosteroids, such as hydrocortisone cream, mometasone furoate cream, etc.; for those with severe itching, oral antihistamine therapy, such as loratadine, cetirizine, etc.
(3) Exfoliative Keratolysis: topical retinoic acid cream can be used to promote scaling and exfoliation; topical exfoliators, such as salicylic acid ointment; topical emollients, such as petroleum jelly ointment, allantoin cream, etc.; if the condition is serious, topical glucocorticosteroid treatment, such as tretinoin acetate ointment, etc.; if necessary, oral vitamin A, vitamin E and other therapies.
