In 1989, the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) gave a new definition of health, that is, “health is not only the absence of disease, but also includes physical health, mental health, good social adaptation and moral health”. It can be seen that health is not only physical health, but also includes the interdependence, mutual promotion and organic combination of psychological, social adaptation and moral qualities. When the human body is sound in these aspects at the same time, it can be considered truly healthy. Generally speaking, the concept of mental health means that the individual’s mental activities are in a normal state, i.e. normal cognition, emotional coordination, sound will, complete personality and good adaptation, able to give full play to their maximum potential, in order to adapt to the development and changing needs of life, learning, work and social environment. The World Health Organization’s definition of health: 1, have enough energy to cope with the pressure of daily life and work without excessive stress. 2.Be optimistic, positive attitude, willing to take responsibility, not to be fussy about everything. 3.Good at rest and sleep well. 4.Strong resilience, able to adapt to various changes in the external environment. 5.Be able to resist general colds and infectious diseases. 6, proper weight, even body, standing, head, shoulders and arms position coordination. 7.The eyes are bright and responsive, and the eyelids are not easily inflamed. 8.Dental clean, no cavity, no pain, normal color of gums, no bleeding 9.Hair is shiny and free of dandruff. 10.Muscles and skin have elasticity. The first four of these are for mental health, while the last six are for biological aspects (physiology, morphology).
