Medical doctors have found that people who are corrupt and take bribes are then prone to cancer, brain hemorrhage, heart disease and mental allergies; while the qualities of being upright, kind-hearted and aloof and open-minded keep people in balance and contribute to good health. In recent years, some scholars believe that economic status should be taken as a basic element of health evaluation, and since human being is a very complex and comprehensive whole, its health covers multidimensional contents. There are clear criteria for physiological health, such as growth and development, maturity and aging, and more quantitatively, body temperature 36℃-37℃, blood pressure: low pressure 60-90 mmHg, high pressure 90-130 mmHg, heart rate 60-80 times/min, which are normal indicators of human physiological movement. In contrast, mental health is a more vague standard due to the influence of social and cultural backgrounds and other factors. However, mental health plays a dominant role in the code of human behavior. In the face of a colorful life, only a healthy mind can adapt to a variety of environments and deal with all sorts of things. Mental health is a good psychological state in which people not only feel secure and in a good state of self, but also fit in harmoniously with society and can adapt to the external environment in a socially acceptable form. It can be generally understood as both emotional stability and psychological maturity, but this state of stability and maturity is relative. Because we live in a society where everything is changing, no one can have a static mental and emotional state. It can be called psychologically healthy only if the conditions governing the personality, such as literacy, work ability, occupation, social status, and evolution of life, are well coordinated, and if one can adapt to the environment, use it, and create it. Some psychologists, free from standards, describe to people the characteristics of a psychologically healthy person: this is a vigorous and happy person who loves and is loved; faces life’s challenges with confidence, devotes himself to his work with enthusiasm, and realizes his full potential; is able to see the external world and respond to the challenges he encounters, and develops a reasonable life strategy; does not arbitrarily You don’t exaggerate or belittle your own abilities; your evaluation of yourself and others is based on reality. Freud, the pioneer in exploring the mysteries of the human mind, attributed mental health to the ability to love and work. In one of his works, he listed some common characteristics of psychologically healthy people: maintaining sanity and balance; having a sense of self-worth; having the ability to love; having the ability to establish and maintain close relationships; being able to accept the possibilities and limitations of reality; having the pursuit of work that is compatible with their natural and educational background; and being able to experience a certain inner stillness and satisfaction that makes them feel that their life has not been wasted. If psychological health must be reduced to certain criteria, at present, scholars at home and abroad generally agree that there are 11 criteria for psychological health, and people who basically meet these 11 criteria can be identified as psychologically healthy people. 1, with a moderate sense of security, self-esteem, self-esteem and personal achievements have a sense of “worth”. 2, fully understand themselves, not too boastful of themselves, and not too harsh on themselves. 3.In daily life, with a moderate degree of spontaneity and induction, not enslaved by the environment. 4.Adequate acceptance of personal needs, and the ability to meet such needs. 5.Self-awareness, understanding of one’s own motivation and purpose, and the ability to make appropriate estimates of one’s own abilities. 6.Maintain good contact with the real environment, tolerate setbacks and blows in life, and have no excessive illusions. 7.Be able to maintain the integrity and harmony of personality, personal values can change according to the different standards of society, and be able to focus on their own work. 8.Have a realistic purpose in life, and the career that one undertakes is mostly practical and possible. 9.Have the ability to learn from experience and change oneself in response to the needs of the environment. 10.Can establish harmonious relationships with others in the collective, and value the needs of the collective. 11.Under the principle of not violating the collective, can maintain their own individuality, have personal independent views, have the ability to judge right and wrong, good and evil, do not do excessive flattery to people, nor do they seek excessive social approval.
