The main examination methods are: 1. tubal lavage: it is the most common method to check the patency of the fallopian tubes. During the tubal lavage examination, if 5 ml of liquid can be injected quickly and there is no obvious pain, it generally indicates that the patency of the fallopian tubes is good. If the patient has obvious pain in one side of the lower abdomen during the injection, it indicates that the fallopian tube on that side may be blocked or not smooth. 2. Iodine oil imaging: It is a common method to detect the degree of tubal patency, but this method cannot accurately determine which side of the fallopian tube is blocked. 3. Ultrasonography: Ultrasonography, together with tubal lavage examination, has a higher accuracy rate for the examination of tubal patency. The specific examination method needs to be chosen according to the actual situation of the patient.
