Failed in vitro fresh embryo transfer is usually followed by frozen embryo transfer at around 2~3 months, but there are individual differences. IVF refers to in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer technique. Generally, after the failure of in vitro fresh embryo transfer, it is necessary to have another 2~3 menstrual periods, and the ultrasound examination suggests that the endometrial environment is good and suitable for frozen embryo transfer, then the frozen embryo transfer will be carried out under the guidance of the doctor, and the development of the embryo will continue to be monitored. However, there will be individual differences. After the frozen embryo transfer, we should follow the doctor’s advice to do heavy physical labor and strenuous exercise, increase diet and nutrition appropriately, and continue to take folic acid and luteinizing body supportive therapy on time. Pregnancy can be confirmed by pregnancy test or blood HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) level at about 2 weeks after the transfer, and ultrasonography should be done at 4~5 weeks after the transfer to confirm intrauterine pregnancy.
